Junior Web & Graphic Designer

At Techpump we’re looking for a person to join our Design team, Junior Web & Graphic Designer.

Your mission will be to provide support and feedback to the different needs of your department and the company itself, both for print as for online environments.

You'll help with the creation and design of online campaigns as well as with the development of graphic concepts and visual styles together with the rest of the design team.

Professional skills Academic background or formal training as a Web and/or Graphic Designer with deep knowledge of Internet. Proficient in design tools, at least Photoshop and Illustrator. Having a good aesthetic criteria and "being up-to-date": you have to be able to conjugate graphics, colours and textures plus keep an eye on the latest trends in what refers to websites, books or magazines. Capacity to develop a campaign either if you have to start from an idea provided by the company's Creative Direction or  if you have to contribute by providing your own ideas. Knowledge of English ️  

Personal skills Capacity for self-management and self-criticism, but also able to work in a team, because teamwork is extremely important :) Will be positively evaluated Digital advertising concepts (you must be familiar with concepts such as CRO, KPI, remarketing, etc.) Knowledge of HTML (you won't have to develop markup but it will be positively evaluated if you understand how a website layout works)
