Junior Motion Designer

Our Digital Marketing team is looking for a Junior Motion Designer to support our global UA and retention efforts with creating outstanding creatives.

This role will be working directly with the design and digital marketing team which are key drivers of growth at Glovo. Graphic designers work directly with the Marketing Department which is one of the key departments at Glovo, therefore you will be directly working on educating, creating and demonstrating the value that Glovo has for the user.

The ideal candidate should have an exceptional attention to details, creativity, problem solving skills and should be highly motivated for working in a fast paced environment.

You will:- Translate ideas into all sort of videos- Propose new creatives and video templates- Refresh old content and create new video effects- Collaborate and coordinate with all internal stakeholders from design to marketing teams- Give support to video team globally- Create advertising creatives for all acquisition channels (social and display networks)

Requirements:- 1-2 years of proven experience in a high-performance start-up environment with a strong Portfolio- Familiar with standard mobile and social story video formats- Knowledge of Adobe CC: High level of Premiere and After effects - Good level of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop too- Familiar with principles of animation & motion- Ability to work in several projects at the same time- Capable of following guidelines and playbooks but trying to give new points of view- Keen eye to detail. Each frame has 24 pictures or more!- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace- Ability to work with tight deadlines- Our core values are very important to us:
