Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our Marketing department based in Barcelona HQs.

You will:- Be the Design Lighting-rod who stimulates our team with design inspiration to open our conceptual minds as we chase industry-changing creative ideas and campaigns- Work hand-in-hand with our creative teams to package, mock-up, storyboard, comp, wire frame, animate early-stage ideas quickly and beautifully- Experiment with different video/animation techniques, tools, to bring to life ideas and concepts- Elevate the design and craft of our high-priority growth and new business products- Help re-imagine executional boundaries through the early participation in the conceptualization of the creative work- Experiment with new design tools, techniques, products, processes, methods, and approaches to push creative craft boundaries for online advertising- Work closely with product and marketing teams to achieve deep understanding of Glovo’s New Business  products to develop a perspective on the application of design craft and creative execution- Deliver against time, quality, and technical constraints- Bring curiosity, grit, creativity, and empathy every day to the team and this important role

Requirements:- Portfolio link on resume- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 2+ years of experience applying crafted design to advertising, marketing and/or new media- Experience working on projects such as storyboards, narrative, advertising campaigns and idea-prototyping assignments- Knowledge in building custom designs and animation via the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator- Experience building presentation-ready content in Keynote and PowerPoint- Experience in film editing and editing techniques using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, and/or Avid- Our core values are very important to us:
