Junior Front-end designer

We, id.realists, are a multidisciplinary and international team with interest and expertice in all the steps of the design process. We all bring to the table our talents, built on years of experience – and experiences—all over the world, and our strong believe in the values of design thinking process: participatory, collaborative, user-centered design.

Since you…… have the ability to rapidly sketch ideas in various media—in words, through graphics, on a whiteboard, or programmatically.… have computer design skills –Adobe CC, Invision, Sketch and other relevant design tools.… understanding of user-centered design for any kind of device; knowledge of technology trends; and, ability to recognize and predict cases and user interaction, including happy path and edge and corner cases.… can create CSS, JS and HTML pages in conformity with W3C coding standards.… understand how typography, baseline and grid design works.… are nearly a master in front-end workflow: SASS, Gulp, Babel, GIT.… have good English communication skills (and basic Spanish communication skills would be the cherry on top ; )… have previous experience of 2 years.

Time flies when you are having fun:• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, and participating in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.• Staying abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds, staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.• Breaking any design problem down into viable actionable chunks to solve them with clarity and precision.
