Junior Architect

We are looking for a junior architect based in Madrid for our Design Department.

Tasks:

- Develop design/layout for new POS including Stores, Corners and Kiosks.- Following the opening process and give support in the Shop Construction.- 3D image rendering in every scale from product design to interior architecture.- Design new furniture concepts and develop technical solutions and production drawings.- Collaborate with VM in the creation of new merchandising items for launchings and openings.- Control fixtures, POSm and PLV production, validating prototypes and final units.- Suppliers, Contractors and Materials continuous research.- Deal with International suppliers, contractors and franchisees to ensure good execution of works. - Guidelines Creation to ensure Brand Identity World Wide.- Cost control of fixtures production, prototyping, subcontractors...- Supervise and Organize all documentation related to New Store Openings.- Understand International Guidelines to Design new POS accordingly.

Skills:

- Technical knowledge of furniture engineering and capability to develop new concepts.- Technical knowledge of shop fitting and finishes and capability to develop construction drawings.- Global Design Capabilities from Schematic and Conceptual Ideas to Final Construction Details and Documents.- Knowledge of construction materials used in retail and interiors design.- Proficiency in Autocad and 3d Max.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative - Proficiency 3d Max/Rhino+Vray
