Junior Account Executive

Mandatories:

• Proficiency in English. • Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or Advertising. • At least, 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing and/or communication related fields, working for international clients. • Excellent communication skills. • Hands on, attention to detail, open-minded attitude. • Multitasking, with excellent time-management skills and ability to effectively prioritize.

Key Responsabilities:

• Give support to the account team in its daily tasks. • Understand internal and external processes. • Understand the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of client’s business and operations. • Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas. • Manage and supervision of the creation process from briefing to delivery. • Ensure all works is accurate, reflecting the brand strategy and all client’s requests and feedbacks. • Coordinate weekly internal status meetings and prepare regularly updates for clients. • Time keeper throughout the execution of the campaigns, builds timelines in agreement with all parties and coordinates different players to stick closely to them (creative team, production, strategic planning).• Financial and budgeting supervision.
