We are a creative agency based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona area) offering marketing, events, design and training services. We are currently looking for an Inside Subscription Manager to work for one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard). This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background in marketing, communication or business to join our team and develop her/his analytical and coordination abilities, providing support to Sales, Resellers and Customers.

You will work in HP’s office in Sant Cugat, providing support to Sales, Resellers and Customers regarding 3D subscription offers. In this context, you’ll join a dynamic and creative team coming from different countries and be involved in communications with a diverse range of interlocutors.

Your responsibilities• Provide pre-sales support of 3D subscription offers working closely with the sales, business, and program teams.• Maintain and develop sales enablement tools, such as customer presentations, internal presentations, datasheets, and other type of tools to support sales.• Training materials and delivery of training to internal, Sales, Resellers, and customer audiences about the offer.• Maintain the subscription contracts and work with local Legal teams to localize the contract to local law and translate to local languages, where needed.• Maintain Reseller contract for reseller responsibilities and compensation.• Work with Sales representatives and resellers to ensure prospects are a good fit for the subscription offer and close subscription deals.• Support Sales representatives and resellers in understanding the offer and resolve customer questions.• Work with the customer, reseller, Sales, and program team to successfully onboard customers to the subscription service.• Track the funnel, follow-up on opportunities, understand status of opportunities, win/loss analysis• Transition ownership of the customer relationship to the Customer Success Manager.• Create reports• Understand customer insights and pass them to the business team.

Your Background and Skills• Academic Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or in a Technical field • 2+ years in sales support role is preferred• Fluent English is mandatory & German will be very valued• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Strong attention to detail and excellent ability to exchange information• Expert in sales interaction and engagement• Ability to quickly learn new technology• Proactive approach and customer oriented
