We are looking for illustrators to work with us on a YouTube channel we are developing. It is a drawing tutorial channel which has had some success with illustrations mostly aimed at kids and beginners.
Popular videos include how to draw brand logos, cartoon characters, video game characters and sport related images. While we want to appeal to the existing subscribership, we also want to develop new ideas and themes. This will include tutorials on some basic illustration techniques (e.g. hands, eyes, trees, etc.), but we also want to look at different styles (e.g. manga, watercolor, etc.).
If anybody has any specific drawing skills they would like to use, this is a bonus. While we will provide titles and ideas for the drawings, we also want to appeal to the strengths of the illustrators with whom we work. Some videos will be straightforward, others might benefit from your particular style or ability. Since we are in the early stages, we are still trying to see what will work on the channel.
Due to containment, we will need people who can record themselves drawing from home. After this time, we will also be able to record videos in the studio in our offices.
We can also post information and links to your website or portfolio to help publicise your own work. We can also post the work anonymously if you prefer.
