Growth Lead

Gudog is a p2p marketplace for dog owners and dog sitters (like Airbnb for dogs) operating in Spain, France, UK and Germany. Our mission is to become the reference brand for pet welfare in Europe.

We’re looking for a User Acquisition expert to lead our new Growth team. You’ll be joining a small multinational team based in Madrid downtown (next to Puerta del Sol).

Responsibilities

* Build and support our performance marketing stack: tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization and automation across both web and apps. * Define and execute on our online marketing roadmap (paid search, paid social, remarketing) for the countries where we operate in. * Develop and execute mobile app acquisition strategies and deliver on user acquisition (downloads, activations, sign-ups, etc) and retention goals. * Research and evaluate growth opportunities and test new marketing channels and tools. * Work together with the development and product teams as well as the dedicated team for each country where we operate.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has

* Experience with online marketing in high-growth startups. * Experience with SEM and other paid acquisition channel (AdWords, Facebook * Ads, Remarketing, etc.). * Experience with Email marketing. * Clear understanding of web and app technology (cookies, tracking, tagging, etc). * Understanding of A/B testing and other experimentation tools. * Solid experience with Google Analytics. * Fluent in English.

It would be amazing if you also had

* Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Metabase, Periscope). * Experience or basic knowledge of SEO and ASO. * Experience with Intercom or Mixpanel. * Experience running member get member and referral campaigns. * Basic SQL experience to query data from our database. * Technical skills to automate processes with code and scripts. * Basic proficiency in French or German.
