Growth Hacker

Hello Barcelona!

Our customer is a Barcelona Startup aiming to re-build customer communication. The product is a digital marketing tool that every e-commerce will use in 2019.

Here you can find your responsibilities:

* Drive adoption, retention and expansion strategy across our customer base.* Develop campaigns that leverage multiple channels (in-product, digital advertising, web, email, virtual events, direct mail, etc.) to meet business growth and revenue goals and stay within budget.* Partner with digital marketing on acquisition campaigns.* Understand and articulate customer journeys in the context of campaigns.* Partner with product and marketing teams on product launches, feature upgrades, etc.* Own end-to-end management of global campaign execution, including: creative and copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion flows, and campaign optimization to maximize conversion rates.

About you:*2-3 years experience in digital marketing as a growth hacker.* You are fluent in English and Spanish  (its a must).*EU working permit* Ability to draft winning growth marketing plans that are understood by product, engineering, and commercial leadership.* Competence in coordinating growth marketing tactics for paid and earned media for mobile apps and online subscription services.* App store and search engine optimization, social media marketing* Numerically literate with strong working familiarity with analytics tools, conversion tracking tools, competitive ranking tools, statistical tools...* Experience with A/B testing and product optimization.* Ability to clearly link marketing activity to user growth and revenue* Experience in working with external PR and media agency resources
