kasitoko is seeking a Growth Hacker for our Madrid's office. We'd love to work with someone who has these skills: Previous experience in growth hacking.Experience in performance marketing.Strong working knowledge of modern web concepts included; REST, Accessible HTML, Responsive UI, MVC, Components, Templating, NoSQL, Asynchronous Programming, Caching, HTTP2, Micro-Services, etc.3+ years web development experience using languages such as Java, Groovy and a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years experience without a Bachelor’s degree.Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.Experience on a modern front-end framework like Angular, Ember or React also a plus.Self-starter with the ability to quickly spin up.Adept in learning new technologies and techniques.Knowledge of Photoshop editing, Video editing, GIF production and CSS a plusFluent in Spanish and English.

What you need to do:Drive significant growth in online marketing results and efficiencyAnalyse data, talk to customers and go undercover to unearth insights to inspire your organic growth ideas.Manage ads across relevant channels (social media/retargeting etc) Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.Take control of keywords, day parting, text ads, deep page linking, budget and device allocation, tracking techniques and automated reports.
