Graphic Designer

We are currently looking to appoint a graphic design & visual communications assistant to join our Madrid office working alongside our local Business Development Manager and support our group Graphic Designer based in London. You will respond to the Head of Communication based in London and both our Madrid Directors. The successful candidate will be requested to follow a training session in our London office at the beginning of their appointment. Regular travelling across our different offices is to be expected in this role. Responsibilities:-Support our graphic designer in being the safe keeper of our group visual identity, online and offline-Develop and maintain our style guidelines -Produce high quality presentations and a wide variety of marketing materials-Develop and maintain our online presence (website, SEO, social medias)-Work collaboratively with all offices to insure visual consistency and maintain an up-to-date visual content library Requirements:-Relevant Graphic Design degree and/or equivalent industry experience-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills-Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and main social media networks-Awareness of design trends and creative thinking and expert knowledge in graphic production process-Strong communicator able to liaise with staff at all levels and relevant external companies-Attention to detail and problem solving attitude-Creative personality willing to explore and propose innovative marketing contents-Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines-Strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, ability to offer a variety of graphic design solutions-Interest in the construction & architecture industry-Ability to create social media content-Knowledge of SEO strategies, HTML and CSS not essential but would be a plus Above all we are looking to welcome a new member of our team, someone with initiative, enthusiasm and a team worker.
