We are looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Manager to manage the Quality System of 3 companies (in Spain, Italy, and China), to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. RESPONSABILITIES Responsible to build, together with the companies’ managers, an integrated quality System among the 3 companies;Responsible for the certification or the Quality System;Responsible to check that the quality system is effective and efficient defining the key indicators to be monitored;Responsible to improve the Quality System built;Responsible to manage all the quality documents;Responsible to manage the Non-Conformity, the Corrective and the Preventive actions;Responsible to manage the companies’ audits;Responsible to release of the monthly quality report for the 3 companies;Responsible to define the Quality Control Procedures in Acceptance, in Production and Final (Before delivery) REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role;Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards;Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods;Good knowledge of MS Office and databases;Outstanding communication and teamworking skills;Great attention to detail and a result driven approach;Excellent organizational and leadership abilities;Reliable and Trustworthy;ISO 9000 and ISO17025 knowledge is a strong advantage;English Fluent.
