We’d love to work with someone who has these background skills:>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or equivalent field, plus 3+ years of relevant Groovy, Java, Javascript experience>Experience or familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.>Knowledge of marketing and sales technology (CRM, MarTech/AdTech) is a plus.>Solid understanding of web technologies, such as: PWA, Oauth, social networks APIs, hybrid apps...etc. >Solid knowledge of database technologies such as: postgres, ElasticSearch, Redis..etc>Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing >Ability to take on complex problems, learn quickly, and persist towards a good solution>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and fluent in Spanish and English>Proficient with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.>Since we’re a startup, a sense of adventure and willingness to rapidly adapt to changing goals and requires is very important.

What you need to do:

>Work closely with a team of engineers and product managers to build new features our customers will love, adopt and use while keeping our platform stable and scalable.>Strong understanding of the whole engineering stack, and how each piece fits into the whole. Ensure the 24x7 availability of our services by creating high software quality standards and organizing incident response.>Work on new products as well on feature enhancements of existing products working closely with other team members.>Write well designed, maintainable, testable, and efficient code>Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle>Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies>Manage competing demands with professionalism and a win-win attitude
