Frontend Developer

We are looking for a great Frontend developer proficient with JavaScript to join our development team in Barcelona.

We are a nice team of people that are passionate about creating scalable and well-structured JavaScript applications, using the latest best practices for responsive and user-friendly design.

You will be able to work along with Pol, Quim and Jennie, our great frontend team. Besides, you will work closely with QA engineers, designers and product Managers, helping us moving towards continuous delivery.You will be responsible for building and extending the user interface for our application, adding new modules and features, as well as optimising existing code.

Requirements2-3 years of solid experience preferably in start-up environmentAble to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change of priorities.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.You have experience developing JavaScript applications using modern MVC frameworks such as React or BackboneYou are passionate about creating scalable, high-performance, well-structured and efficient code.Good understanding of the best practices for cross-browser compatibilityKnowledge of CSS compilation using SCSS or equivalentExperience with processing large amounts of dataExperience working with complex logicGood verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish will be highly valued. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
