The Challenge Ahead:

The Front End developer (ReactJS) is accountable for develop and maintain the front end for the toolset that allows the localization process to deliver videogames in up to 20 languages. She/he will be a strong and knowledgeable JS developer that can tackle design and programming problems.

What a Front End developer (ReactJS) does at EA:

As a Front End developer (ReactJS), your primary focus will be to work closely with engineers and the Product Owner to implement the front end for the web components developed using HTML/CSS/JS and ensure the best quality and design.

Translate requirements and prototypes into web components, focused on the layout and the backend output implemented by the engineers using Javascript (ReactJS) HTML and CSS

You will also spend time understanding the organization’s technology and make the best use of it to deliver the toolset and infrastructure used to localize the game as well as extending and improving its functionality with reusability in mind.

The next great Front End developer (ReactJS) also needs:

4 years of professional experience working with Javascript and web technologies.

1 year of professional experience working with ReactJS.

Previous experience working with Web tooling (NodeJS/NPM/Webpack…) is a plus.

Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

Experience using layout frameworks as Bootstrap or Semantic UI.

Strong ability to write clean code and reusable components.

Previous experience in Agile environments is a big plus (Scrum, XP).

Strong debugging skills and fluent in reading code.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Understanding of Content Management Systems.

Strong teamwork spirit.
