Skill On Net S.A.U has launched disruptive product into the Spanish market in July 2020 with the aim of becoming a leading online casino operator.For the Spanish local team, we are looking for a Digital Manager.The position will be located in Madrid or Melilla.
Role overview
You will be responsible of designing, implementing and tracking the external digital paid activity of the brand, ensuring acceptable CPA´s and reactivation costs in all the digital channels included in the media buying. You will coordinate and supervise the activity with the different agencies involved, with a performance focus in a constant learning process with the aim of optimizing the acquisition and retention costs.Your responsibilities will mainly cover the following areas:- Design the digital paid activity of the brand in the different media, including SEM, Programmatic, Social Media, Youtube, Native ads, Direct Deals, special activities.- Results monitoring and tracking, continuously proposing tweaks and changes to get the best out of the media investment.- Analyze the attribution and contribution model.- Optimal budget distribution in the different media, and audiences.- Implement the Audience segmentation strategy, identifying the different segments of identified prospects/customers that should be targeted with advertising.- Collaborate with tech and design teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans and messaging.- Work with design team on all digital creative executions e.g banners, landing pages, videos, etc. ensuring constant test and getting learnings to optimize results.- Collaboration with CRM team to leverage digital media to support retargeting/conversion and retention activities.Education, skills and capabilities:- University degree in Marketing, Business or Advertising.- +3 years of experience in creating, coordinating and tracking digital advertising campaigns.- Previous experience in a competitive high volume transactional ebusiness and/or gambling is a strong advantage.- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate ratios and results into insights and specific actions that can be used to improve results.- Understanding and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.- Maintain a knowledge of digital best practices (organic and paid). Stay on top of trends and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for strategy.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Excellent organizational, management and individual productivity skills.- Ability to function as a self-starter with an emphasis on getting things done.- ‘Out of the box’ creative thinker.
