Challenge our clients with your research knowledge, curious mind, and knack for seeing the bigger picture. Scope, plan, and lead extensive research activities – from open-ended exploratory research to concept validations – and coordinate fieldwork in several countries. Conduct in-depth data analysis and turn user insights and identified opportunities into differentiating concepts, services and solutions. Create and present beautiful and insightful deliveries that provide our clients with strategic direction. Develop and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions. Participate in sales activities. Get the chance to challenge and shape the way Designit thinks about research.

We would like you to be...

An expert in user research and user-centered design processes, with 3+ years of professional experience scoping the research process, leading fieldwork, conducting interviews and performing desk research. A master graduate from a research school, or a similar educational background (psychology, sociology, ethnography, etc.). A pro at qualitative research techniques: interviews, focus groups, user diaries, cultural probes, co-creation, shadowing, etc. A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life. Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together Either an EU national, or someone with a valid working permit for Spain – this is an absolute must!. Able to travel and participate in international projects. Fluent in Spanish and English – other languages are a bonus!.
