We are looking for 1 o 2 people who can develop tasks in the design research and strategy field.
We would love if you are based in Spain, at least in Madrid.
The tasks of the design researcher will be:
Research Projectsl Design, plan & execute research projects for different purposes & venturesl Analyze, synthesize & communicate understanding in a comprehensible & standardized manner.l Collaborate with Qonsius Labs to contextualize the understanding into larger systems l Collaborate with Design Strategists to turn understanding into actionable directions.
In the case of the design strategist, your tasks will be:Challenge 1: Framing projectsl Design, plan & execute projects to frame the key challenges affecting a certain system for different ventures and purposes.l Participate in the communications with venture founders to ensure framing alignment.
Challenge 2: Conceptual solutions projectsl Design, plan & execute projects to define conceptual solutions to systems challenges leading the internal ideation initiative or coordinating the function with suppliers.l Communicate with venture founders for transparency purposes.
Challenge 3: Validation projectsl Design, plan & execute projects to validate solutions through an empirical approach including “reality-approximation artifacts”.l Propose, where necessary, convergent solutions to venture founders.l Articulate the salient value proposition.
Challenge 4: Business modeling projects
l Design, plan & execute projects to define fitting business models leading the internal ideation initiative or coordinating the function with suppliers.l Communicate with venture founders for transparency purposes.l Participate in the effort to develop relationships with potential suppliers in particular with IPrelated conversations.
