Design Manager - Gaming & Casino

Alea is growing fast, that’s why we are looking for a new Design Manager, who will be in charge of our Design Team, taking care of the whole design-related activities. The manager will ensure the successful and on-time delivery of multiple projects at the same time, handling several internal clients.

The manager will report directly to the Head of Product, overseeing and being responsible for 2 other designers, taking over the Art Direction of Slotsmillion.com, our online Casino.

What you will be doing:

-You will manage the design team, being responsible for the successful delivery of all the design projects.-You will be responsible of all the steps of the design process: from the conception to the execution, accurately planning and estimating to ensure a certain date of delivery.-You will take over the Art Direction of our existing product. It means that you are able to deeply understand the philosophy behind our product, the UI/UX strategy and our design style, and act accordingly to it.-You will deliver fully documented and accurate mock-ups. Truly understanding the product requirements and being able to assess and advice all your internal clients, always ensuring an outstanding service.-As project manager, you will be in charge of: estimating, planning, allocate resources, managing the agenda and the workload of your team, always ensuring that the fully and successful delivery of every project matches the expectations of your client (in terms of quality and time).-You will motivate and inspire your team, building a trustful and reliable relationship with them, leading by example and being able to boost a top performance. Requirements:

-You are extremely passionate about Web Designing, field in which you have at least 5 years of experience.-You are a natural leader, you have experience managing multidisciplinary web designing team in a fast paced and high performing environment. You are a methodical person, able to priories, plan, split and organize the workload for yourself and your team with a maniacal attention to details. You are proficient creating consistent webpage mock-ups. Constantly caring of UX-UI and Web- responsiveness which you are very familiar with. You have a proven track record of successful management of complex web design projects, involving multiple parties and high-quality standards. You will work very close to the IT team, following each project from first concept to delivery to the client. You have excellent communication skills and you are proficient in English. French and Spanish are a strong plus. You are ready to be a Manager in ALEA, which means to go an extra mile when required.
