We are looking for a:
CRM AND OPERATIONS INTERNTo assist the Customer Relations and Operations team with various tasks and daily responsibilities.
Duties will include:- Executing and managing targeted marketing and promotional campaigns - Contributing to the development and execution of new marketing ideas to drive customer engagement and sales- Helping the Customer Support team attend to customers’ needs, special requests and any ad-hoc tasks- Assisting the Operations team with logistics, managing customer orders and ensuring internal systems are updated accurately- Assisting with the management and execution of invoices and data analysis
The Ideal Candidate:- Degree or currently studying Business, Marketing, Communication or a similar field- Good communication skills, strong attention to detail and work ethic- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel- High English and Spanish proficiency is required (spoken & written)- Good planning, organizational skills and the ability to multitask- Good collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment- Knowledge and passion for the Fashion Industry- Available to be located in BARCELONA
