Playground LAB is a space for investigating and testing new ways of connecting to PlayGround's community. Co-creating projects that support and empower our community's creative potential, both physically and digitally.

Right now PlayGround LAB is developing, digital tools and interactive storytelling formats aimed at inspiring and activating our community to achieve our mission.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to be part of our team.

Requirements:Plan project schedules-Keep all parties updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.- Familiarity with PlayGround's voice and style.-Highlight any issues and strive to resolve them.- The finances of projects and ensure project administration and billing is kept up-to-date.- Diplomacy skills: You will be facilitating between creative teams and development teams, which can naturally push against each other.- Budget management: You need to be able to provide cost estimates and quotations, as well as delegate big budgets for projects.- Resource management: You need to identify and appoint the correct resource and brief them as and when projects comes in.- Third party management: From time to time you may need to outsource work to third parties or engage with other third parties who are also working on the client’s project.- Multitasking: You need to be comfortable managing a range of different projects with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders, so you need to be able to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure.- Provide general assistance to the needs of the department as directed, and perform other duties as a team player.- Actively participate in Creative Department meetings and contribute to our culture of creativity.- Have an in-depth knowledge of audiovisual processes.- Enforce an on-time and orderly workflow, holding individuals accountable to milestones and agreements.- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media or a related subject, or the equivalent work experience.- Knowledge of web design principles and user experience principles.- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
