Creative Director

We are looking for highly motivated, independent, skilled individual to lead a creative team.

Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate the creative team. - Designs the visual layout for websites with the goal of enhancing appeal to the user while maximizing functionality - Designs graphics, landing pages, forms, and navigation schema - Maintain current, relevant knowledge of user design trends, standards and techniques - Manage time effectively and work on multiple project timelines simultaneously in a demanding deadline-driven environment - Create wireframes for internal and client review - Create UI/UX designs for small and large-scale websites - Implement mobile and responsive designs - Design visually impressive websites - Create design comps for websites, mobile, email, and digital marketing needs - Knowledge of responsive web design conventions, user experience, web standards, optimization and best practices REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years’ experience as a graphic designer - at least 2 years experience leading a creative team - Pixel-perfect eagle eye for details - Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills - Very good knowledge of web standards - Excellent level skills in Creative Cloud tools - Working with Photoshop layers, layer comps, smart objects, layer masks and vector masks - Experience with creating digital marketing materials (landing pages, banners and email marketing campaigns) in multiply languages
