We are Minerva MKT, a company specializing in sponsorship marketing.We are looking for an experienced copywriter to work alongside our accounts and art director for a foreign client in the context of their MotoGP sponsorship.

We are hoping you will be able to conceptualize the creative approach behind the strategy, to be the mind behind the data!

Your responsibilities, as follows:

- Define the creative approach to communicate the brand messages, alongside the execution strategy (channels and formats), in accordance with the briefing.- Capable of turning complex ideas into comprehensible proposals, with a powerful concept and aesthetical attraction.- Capable of informing and persuading, empathizing with the target audience in the process.- Writing of convincing and clear brand and/or product copy: captions, scripts, press releases…- Adapted to the channel and format (social, print, video, digital…)- Edition and review of texts to ensure their quality standard and their alignment with the briefing goals and brand guidelines.- Maintain consistency across the different communication channels and actions, for both the brand and the product.- Stay updated and informed about the product, the industry, its target audience, the market trends, the competitors' proposals, etc.- Capable of adjusting to new targets, tone of voice, products, trends…- Coordinating with the accounts team to identify the client’s needs.- Collaborate with the Art Director for the development of proposals.- Supervise the development and production of creative proposals from start to finish, including external parties and/or freelancers.- Responsible for presenting compelling arguments on the creative approach of the project, internally and externally, alongside the Art Director.

Requirements:

- Full availability starting in January 2021.- Native English speaker with a high level of Spanish.- Interest in the world of motorsports and innovation.- Proven experience as a copywriter (+2 years) with a strong portfolio and working with an Art Director.
