Copywriter / Content Manager

We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve business goals. You should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets - Create and publish engaging content - Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts - Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency - Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users’ engagement metrics - Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic - Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board - Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection) - Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention;

REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. - At least 2 years of writing and editing experience required, preferably as a writer or editor of web content. - Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones. - Impeccable spelling and grammar. - Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing. - A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online. - A clear understanding of digital content strategy and its application on the websites pages, direct marketing emails, videos, banners and campaigns. - A deep knowledge of e-commerce and user experience within the digital space. - Highly motivated with the capability to meet extremely tight deadlines while multi-tasking and managing a high volume of projects.
