DEISER is setting up an outstanding marketing team and we're looking for a native English speaker (or bilingual Spanish-English speaker) passionate about creating and developing high performing marketing content that boosts engagement and drives interest across our marketing channels: web, blogs, social media, emails, etc. The content marketing specialist will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team, supporting campaigns and elevating brand awareness, reporting to the CMO.
Responsibilities
• Conceive and own the DEISER’s editorial and content calendar strategy across channels, providing thought leadership on content and social media trends working cross-functionally with marketing team.• Write engaging, on-brand copy content about DEISER’s products, services and brand across channels: web, email, blog, social media, advertising elements and other off-line marketing items such brochures, flyers, etc. that support SEO and overall marketing strategy of DEISER.• Track and report on content and social media KPIs weekly and monthly.• Write and develop PR content when necessary.• Manage internal and external writing talent.• Manage website content edits, updates.• Support marketing campaigns, initiatives and events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.• Native English speaking or C2 Level (CPE, IELTS 8+, TOEFL 115-120, Trinity 12). • 3+ years’ experience in marketing roles; 2+ years’ experience developing content and social media for a B2B brand (experience with developer products preferred).• Excellent writing skills, both short-form copy and longer articles.• Passion for social media and knowledge of relevant media outlets.• Track record of success driving engagement and awareness in social channels.• Experience working with cross functional teams across operations, services, development and marketing functions.• Great creative eye with ability to screen copy and imagery for brand fit.• High comfort level with data and analytics.• Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools• Data-driven, analytical and results-oriented, with an appetite for constant testing and optimization• Works wells on teams and also independently; thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.It's admired, but not required, if you also have: • Experience working with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, HipChat, etc..)• Along with your resume, send us a cover letter that demonstrates your understanding of DEISER, and link us to a piece of content you're especially proud of.
