Content Management Assistant

GINDUMAC – Global Industrial Machinery Cluster - is an innovative, international Start-Up in the used industrial machinery trading market. We are using a state-of-the-art online platform for global trading of industrial used machinery.

Currently we are looking for a “Content Management Assistant” for our office in Barcelona, willing to discover the industrial content world and to be part of our growing team.

Even though the candidate does not necessarily have to have a industrial background, we aim to incorporate in our team someone who can feel comfortable handling this type of product.The ideal candidate brings technical interest together with strong awareness of precision and perfection even when working under pressure. Reliability is key in all daily tasks as well as macro operations.

Responsibilities:

Support of the Content Management Team in daily operations:- Content revision and preparation (Industry- / Machinery-related) - Copywriting / Translation- Photo and video edition following brand guidelines- Web publishing on our own platform and affiliate websites- Creation of Newsletter campaigns with MailChimp- Ownership for daily content management tasks

Skills & Requirements:

- Very good command of English is a must (other languages would be a plus) - Strong writing and communication skills- Well organised and independent multitasking way of work- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (Excel)- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere- Experience with MailChimp would be valued- High determination and proactivity- High curiosity to work in and get to know the industrial content world
