The Content & Social Media Strategist’s challenge:As part of a convivial human-size company, you will be part of the Marketing Department, responding directly to the Marketing Manager & providing amazing content for our Travel offers, website, communication supports, AND viral & fun actions for our Social Media.

Your role will be: Community Management of the company’s Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) & Blog, following a clear strategy proposed by the candidate. Setting up cross-channel actions in order to reach the marked objectives and KPIs. Proposing & creating the editorial calendar and content. Analysing the developed actions and our main KPIs (reporting). Copyrighting: creating high-quality content for the travel offers displayed in our different shopping windows to contribute to the success of the sale (+ ensure the DNA is respected). Together with the team, help establish the MisterFly brand in Spain and around Europe through effective & consistent corporate guidelines.  Supporting the other departments & countries with translations for your market. Be creative and have your own style by respecting the brand. Make the magic happen ! You are selling travel and evasion, so make us dream !

You are the perfect one, if you are: Creative : you have your way with words and you are able to create a buzz out of the blue : « viral » is your middle-name ! Marketing-oriented & customer-centric: you understand that everything you produce has a specific objetive and you enjoy the adrenaline. Detail-oriented : you know the difference between « hay », « ahí », and « allí » and you have an eagle eye to spot those who don’t. You blog like you breathe, you can write about almost anything, and you take to WordPress like a duck to water. Independent : you have your own skills and know how to organize your workload. A team player : your motto is « better together » ? Then you have the attitude we are looking for in a start-up !  You LOVE travelling. Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline or Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising 1 to 3 years of professional experience in social media management and/ or copyrighting, either at an agency, or in-house at a brand. Some experience in the hotel or tourism industries or e-commerce/ flash sales is a great plus. You are a SPANISH NATIVE and you speak either english or french. A wild desire to be part of a creative, dynamic & multicultural team.
