DescriptionIlion Animation Studios is looking for a concept artist to design and create environments and props for our new high quality animated feature. As a concept artist, you will have the opportunity to participate on the creation of a new world.
Main responsibilities• Looks for real world references and combines them to create new elements.• Develops script and color design ideas.• Designs detailed props, providing enough information to be modeled in 3D.• Makes sure their drawings are accurate and clear, and adapting them as necessary during the production.• Understands supervisor and Director’s feedback, adapting or redesigning drawings.
Qualifications• Have excellent illustration skills• Visualize perspective and 3D space• Have a keen interest in design, architecture and animated features• Ability to visually interpret other people’s ideas• Be flexible and adapt to change when asked• Fluent in English.
