We're Minerva MKT, a company specializing in sponsorship marketing, currently looking for a native English speaker Community Manager for one of our accounts.
You would be working for a foreign client, handling their social media accounts in the context of their MotoGP sponsorship and with the support of the rest of the Minerva MKT team.
Job Description:
- Development of the annual social media strategy for the client, alongside the copywriter, Art Director and Accounts team, considering:1. Yearly planning and editorial line2. Content creation, in collaboration with the Copywriter3. Content development, in collaboration with the Art Director4. The different events to cover/communicate besides the general maintenance of the account, and its specific planning, considering the different channels and formats.5. GP coverage6. Specific activations/events7. Communication momentums (holidays, etc).- Capable of creating a presentation and defending it with compelling arguments.- Establish the yearly objectives for the account social media channels, alongside the accounts and research team as well as the client.- Executing the social media plan, with support from the copywriter and Art Direction:- Copywriting of the different posts.- Maintenance, posting, and evaluation of the account’s social media channels.- Promotion.- Interaction with the community and the relevant players.- Coordinating with the different vendors for content creation, internal (Account, Copy, Art Director) and/or external.- Benchmarking:1. Evaluation of the account’s results, as well as the main competitors. 2. Be aware of social media trends, for the different channels and industries, and implement them when applicable.- Reporting: Evaluation and periodical status of the accounts and the established KPIs (monthly reports, post-event reports, etc)- Knowledge and control of the related social media expenses: content promotion, subscriptions, etc.
Requirements:
- Availability starting in January 2021.- Part-time, but you should be able to ensure sufficient dedication to the job (as some days, if there is an event or a GPs, you will have to be completly dedicated to it during its duration).- Possibility to work on certain weekends (due to the MotoGP coverage and potential events) and adjusting to the time difference of the country where the event is hosted (about 13-15 weekends per year, from March until November).- Native English speaker with a high level of Spanish.- Proven experience as a Community Manager (+2 years).- Tech-savvy and digital native.
