Community Manager

As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with Product School students, instructors and team members to create content for our social media channels with the goal of increasing adoption of our courses and events.

Your content creation skills and passion for social media will help drive the growth of our marketing efforts moving forward. You'll own projects and get big responsibilities from the first day.

We’re looking for a native English speaker. This is a full-time position located in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

- Source and create compelling content for the blog, email newsletters, and different social media channels - Use data to prioritize inbound channels based on ROI - Meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication - High degree of organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently follow through to successful completion of projects within a deadline - Experience working with email marketing tools like Mailchimp - Experience working with content management tools like Wordpress - Experience working with professional social networks like LinkedIn and Medium - Hustle and determination - Ability to work on a geographically distributed team - Working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, and Trello/Asana

Recommended:

- Experience working with event management tools like Meetup and Eventbrite - Knowledge of SEO - Knowledge of web analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics) - Previous startup experience
