Communication Officer

Hugin & Munin is a creative communication agency specialised in three main areas: branding, editorial and digital design and ad campaigns. We work with many different clients, both national and international as well as public and private ones.

What will your job involve?• Create content for online and offline media outlets• Provide support in the management of internal and external communication• Write and share press releases, make contacts in the press at EU level• Help out in the organisation of events

What’s the ideal candidate like?• You’ll need to be proactive, resolutive, self-sufficient and you are an out-of-the-box thinker• You enjoy working in a team environment, know how to prioritise and are empathetic. You can detect if someone needs a hand even before being asked• You enjoy looking for new tendencies, new technologies and styles that can be applied on the job• You are passionate about online communication and eager to learn about new trends

VERY important skills you should have: • English bilingual. Ideally native. • Experience in digital communication. If you have some communication experience at EU level, that’s great!• You know what creating social media campaigns implies. • Some copywriter experience.• Good at writing.

And it would be great if you: • Were less than 30 years old, currently unemployed and registered at the Youth Guarantee system, hence you should be based in Madrid• Had worked in EU projects before• Had some knowledge of the startup world• Knew a third EU language

This position can be both full time and part time, we can adapt according to your availability.

The earlier you start, the better for us! The length of the post can run from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 months. However, it could last longer if there is further need!
