Jon Summary:

We are looking for a brand designer to join our marketing team. You’ll be working as a part of a multicultural team developing our international brand experience in the vacation rental industry.

-You have a minimum experience of 2 years in terms of design and brand image.-Demonstrable experience in design and brand image for companies.-Expert in the knowledge of Adobe CC.

You are an enthusiastic of vacation rental tourism & brand design lover!

On practical level, this role will entail:

-Visual & corporate identity (business image).-Create and develop great creative ideas for brand and event Experience (concept, designs and activations). -Determine how best to represent a concept visually.-Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.-Develop the overall look or style of the assets involving the campaigns or marketing actions.-Social media graphic content.-Review and approve designs, artwork, photography and graphic developments both by staff members or providers.-Coordinate activities with the Product Design Team.-Ability to multi-task, deliver under tight timelines, adapt quickly to change. Initiative to identify problems and solve them in the most practical way.-Eventually visiting or assessing venues for the events.

You need to be able to:

-Pay great attention to detail.-Knowledge in composition and layout.-Come up with creative ideas, but also be able to listen carefully to what business is asking for.-Have confidence to present or communicate your ideas.-Work to a brief, within the constraints of a budget and deadline.-Mid-level English.-Work as part of a great and multicultural team.

It will be valued positively:

-Animation/video edit knowledge in Premiere, After effects and / or Principle.-Pre-press knowledge and coordination with suppliers.-Marketing knowledge.-Knowledge in other languages.
