Architect - Hospitality - CAD

We are Hiring!Rockwell Group Madrid office is recruiting 3 architects (freelance/in-house) for a 2 months DD stage:

Architect - Design Technician + 4 year of International Hospitality Projects experience, Interior design practice preferred.

Responsibilities:Reports to Project ManagerDevelops, modifies and/or reviews drawings according to established standards and technical expertise. Develops solutions to technical problems. May supervise another Designers or Technicians during the project. May be responsible for keeping a phase of a project on schedule and revise on weekly base with PM.Coordinates the compliance with the studio standards.Liaising with clients, operators, architects, sub consultants, and contractors. Adherence to applicable building codes and ADA compliance.Review of drawings, samples mock-ups and other submittals.

Education:Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree Architecture and/or Technical Architecture.

Interpersonal Skills:able to work independently or as part of a teamdynamic people personeye for detail and results drivenability to assist Project Manager/Studio Leader at presenting

Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, PhotoshopMust be fluent in English and SpanishMust have EU residency

Experience:Four years of related experience.
