Animators

Ánima is looking to hire experienced Animators to work on our project Cleo&Cuquin 2nd season at our office in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience animating a broad range of characters, ensuring that the animation style is suitable for the desired direction.

All applicants at time of application must have full working rights for SPAIN or hold an appropriate visa where applicable.

Location: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain)Project Time: Immediate incorporation – October 2018Responsibilities:

· Animate characters for TV series

· In-depth proficiency with Autodesk Maya, or similar software typical to the industry.

· Strong understanding of animation principles

· Strong will and self-motivation to complete tasks on time

· Work well within a team

Portfolio Requirements:

It is required that you submit a portfolio/presentation of your work with your application. You may do so by providing a link to an online presentation, or attach documents to your resume. All presentations must contain a detailed breakdown of the work. It must be very clear what you, the applicant, are responsible for.

Requirements:

· Proven production experience within a team

· Work closely with directing animator and supervising animator to keep the quality of the animation as desired.

· Set a high quality standard of animation for other animators to follow.

· Desire to further improve skills and techniques

· Good communication skill and ability to work interactively with production and other departments to solve production challenges

· Ability to create and iterate keyframe animation quickly

· Ability to interpret feedback/direction accurately
