Affiliate Assistant

The Affiliate Assistant will be expected to learn and have a strong working knowledge of the key Affiliate networks and affiliate commercial models.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure the Affiliate Specialist / Manager are informed on the status of their campaigns and any work completed in a timely and frequent manner.

Support the Affiliate Specialist / Manager to provide all month end spend figures to the relevant individuals in line with agreed deadlines

Liaising with the Affiliate Specialist to suggest new approaches and tactics to continually improve campaign performance to suggest to clients and Client Planning teams.

Carry out research about new affiliates

Completing campaign management including affiliate approvals as tasked by the Affiliate Specialist and ensuring it is completed

Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently

Working as part of a close knit team and supporting other team members where needed

Your profile

Vocational degree with a background in eCommerce and/or Marketing

1 - 2 years of relevant experience in (online) marketing and/or affiliate marketing

Customer Focus; dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

Process Management; knows how to organize people and activities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients

Diligence and attention to detail in delivering against pre agreed timescales

The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who actively wants to be a part of an exciting growing team

Fluent knowledge of the Spanish and English language, spoken and written.
