The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to create and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and being the main point of contact for the client; ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects according to client’s needs and objectives; working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure projects run on time and on budget through flawless process and delivery and excellent client handling; and assisting the sales team in developing new business from existing clients and identifying new ways to grow the accounts.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests quickly and efficiently. As an important link between the client and our team, the Account Manager will be expected to build up an in depth knowledge of the clients, their needs and requests and be able to communicate this in an effective and efficient way back to the team.

The ideal candidate should be confident, attentive, persuasive but not pushy, able to sell work and ideas, an excellent communicator, a problem solver, positive, organised and have excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- In accordance with the schedules set by the Operations Manager ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Juggle competing demands from clients and the agency, working to the schedule set by the Operations Manager to ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met

- Be able to translate the clients need/request effectively to the team

- Direct the creative team and give constructive Creative Direction when required

- Create and maintain comprehensive project, feedback, meeting documentation

- Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating internal resources and freelance resource for the flawless execution of projects

- When necessary, pitching new ideas and concepts to existing clients

You are the perfect match if you have:

- 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role within an agency environment

- Demonstrable ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs

- Proven ability to juggle` multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native level of English preferred.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Experienced in giving creative/art direction

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Understanding of the programming and motion graphics process and experienced managing design, digital or motion graphics projects

- A keen interest in the design, motion graphics and digital sectors
