Account Supervisor

We are currently looking for a an enthusiastic and experienced account supervisor to join our young, creative, and dynamic team.

Your responsibilities as an Account Supervisor will be:

• Manage client relations, at all levels.• Co-manage a team of 10 community managers and art directors that work on the account and be the bridge between the client and the team. Coordinate with other teams within the agency (i.e. creative, planning). • Prepare briefings, meeting summaries, and reports for campaign results.• Project and campaign management: set timings, budgets, etc. with the client. Detailed monitoring of paid campaigns. • Creating proposals to improve processes, methodologies, and projects.• Strategic and financial management of paid media campaigns on social media with the support of an agency partner. • Managing the financial aspect of the account: prepare economic proposals, supplier relations, and invoicing.

This is you:

• Previous experience managing a team and dealing with a client.• Analytical and strategy skills.• Works well in a high pressure environment and is able to follow up appropriately as well as prioritize tasks accordingly.• Good communication skills.• Problem solver, practical and proactive.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 5 years of account management.• Native Spanish level, fluent in English.• Previous experience in social media would be a plus.• Availability to travel.
