To be successful in this role, you should have experience in advertising agencies and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
ResponsibilitiesDeveloping the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.Writing the marketing annual plan and follow its execution daily.Developing strategies and tactics to boost the client’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
RequirementsDemonstrable experience in marketing, both in traditional companies and advertising agencies.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Strong analytical and project management skills.Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Confident and dynamic personality.Strong creative outlook.Spanish and English business proficiency.
