Our team consists of international professionals who are marketing experts, client gurus, data crunchers and IT wizards. For our growing Spanish team, we are looking for an ambitious new Account Manager.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related fields• Digital marketing experience gained preferably in a client-facing position (min. 3 years)• Ability to collaborate and build long term relationships at all management levels• Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid quantitative and analytical skills• Self-starter who works independently and strives to solve problems• Superior project and time management skills with attention to detail• Flexibility to adapt to and navigate in a fast-paced start-up environment• Good understanding of e-commerce concepts• Solid command of written and spoken English native Spanish

About the Job

Strategic Aspects:

• Analyse, discuss and fully understand the commercial and strategic targets of our clients• Create and implement a strategic roadmap for each client to achieve the determined targets by using Flocktory solutions• Monitor and improve the performance of clients• Explore the new and changing needs of clients in order to identify the appropriate solutions that will improve performance• Manage client expectations for each solution and establish yourself as an extension of the client's organization

Operational Aspects:

• Manage and steer client technical integrations together with our technical team• Build campaigns for clients using Flocktory solutions and monitor the progress on a daily basis• Analyse and improve the performance of client campaigns• Conduct status update meetings with clients and internal teams• Design customer segments and sophisticated test scenarios together with our analytics team• Manage the daily correspondence with the client using our CRM interface• Suggest improvements, report bugs and follow up on their implementation
