We are hiring!

Over the past years we have been constantly doubling the size of our multidisciplinary family in Spain, Germany, Mexico, Italy and France and now we are looking for an Account Manager based in Madrid.

What you will do

You will develop your work as an Account Manager supporting the implementation of communication projects:• Supporting the analysis and development of communication strategies• Developing communication plans that combine informative and persuasive actions• Developing creative briefs• Relationship with the client (internal communication, brand image, ...)• Developing documents and economic proposals• Supporting BICG´s internal communication• Developing messages and approaches considering the project´s needs and the different audiences• Developing communication contents • Quality and style control of documents• Invoice tracking • Going one step further!

What you should bring

• An university degree in Corporate communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Advertisement. • Experience in advertising agency, corporate communications, mass media communications…• Great communication skills (Spanish + English) both written and oral and ability to detect and manage different audiences.• Excellent use of Office package, especially Excel and Power Point (other editing and design programs are a plus).• Strong people orientation.• Knowledge of channels, media and contents for internal communication. • Creativity and eagerness to learn applied to new ways of communication.• Synthesis capacity and attention to detail.• Desire to take on challenges.
