THE ROLE

The position available is for an integrated Account Manager to work on international FMCG business with the opportunity to work across a number of their brands. The Account Manager will report directly into the Account Director.

The ideal candidate will have come from a process led agency and have experience in digital and social media. An integrated TTL advocate with a good working knowledge of the digital landscape who understands digital technology with enough detail to evaluate budgets and timings plans of new activities.

The role requires strong time management, responsibility for work and accounts, project management and a proactive nature

They will be highly ambitious and eager to learn and do. They will have a can-do, go-getter attitude which will be recognisable even at the point of interview. The Client team is transparent and self-motivated with a collaborative team-spirit. The role requires an Account Manager who can work in a fast-paced, interactive, collaborative way.

EXPERIENCE

• Have previously worked on developing and implementing both digital, non-digital and social media briefs.• Impressive grasp of the creative and production process – to help maintain the highest levels of finished creative work across the account and contribute to business-building campaigns.• FMCG experience is desirable, but not essential, however, a common understanding is necessary.• Fluent in English is mandatory (both written and verbal). Proficiency in another main European language is a definite plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day to day support for your Account Director. Led by your Account Director, the position will require the AM to form great daily working relationships with your clients and proactively develop the client relationship from senior brand managers to marketing execs.• Assisting in the day to day running of all client projects whilst also running some projects of your own. • Working alongside all the additional agencies on TTL projects and building strong relationships with key personnel• Helping control significant budgets internally and on behalf of the clients.• To become encyclopedic about the Client’s business, including reviewing and understanding the sales data, historical information, and insights, they share.• Working well alongside the other team members, participating in a team environment that facilitates the mutual respect and partnership across functions.• Must have a good creative eye and be able to work well with creative teams and production ensuring highest creative standards are maintained and timings are met• To continually demonstrate a current and thorough working knowledge of the digital marketing environment and discipline, and how it applies to our clients• To help develop and deliver compelling Client presentations and agency POV’s - specifically developing and delivering bi-annual strategic brand review presentations to clients.

OUR LOCATION

Our offices are based in Poblenou, Barcelona, fast becoming a European creative and communications hub.
