Scienseed SL is renowned science communication agency based in Madrid. Our work involves strategic consultancy and development of communication plans for clients in sectors related to science and technology. We specialize in a wide range of online and offline formats, including video, animation, web, graphic design, publications, community management, awareness campaigns, public engagement activities, press, among others. We have a multidisciplinary team with researchers, graphic designers, journalists and web developers. At present, we work Europe-wide with clients that require proficient communication of scientific & technical contents. Specifically, we work with universities, research institutes & biotech companies, among others, and we also participate in large international research projects leading the communication actions.

*Your profile*

We are searching for a talented, experienced, and motivated person to act as a lead point of contact with clients and to allow a smooth internal coordination of projects. This position involves the following main functions: • Client relations at all stages,• Exploration of new services and business opportunities,• Consultancy role on communication strategies before the client,• Budgeting and design of the work plan,• Preparation of sales proposals and presentations,• Tracking of objectives and analysis of sales trends, • Overseeing the internal organization of projects, • Production of briefings,• Managing subcontractors, • Follow up and coordination with the creative team,• Delivery and negotiation of revisions from the client, • Project closure: evaluation and exploration of renewal prospects.

*Requirements*

- Work experience in costumer-oriented positions involving sales, account, and/or project management.- Relevant experience in the communication or science/technology-related sectors. - High proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.

*Skills*

- Organised, proactive and analytical.- Independent problem-solving attitude. - Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, to work in teams, to meet deadlines as well as short, medium- and long-term goals.- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

*Additions that will be positively considered*

- Marketing experience- Additional languages, specifically French and German.- Experience in the preparation of calls for tenders
