Working as an integrated agency, it represents the global account for SEAT and creates, develops and distributes all creative assets for 360 advertising campaigns, which are subsequently adapted to the local markets. Purpose:

The role will coordinate the client´s campaigns and projects, focusing on the events created to and for the client. They will need to understand both the client´s and the agency´s needs and objectives and communicate them clearly to all those involved. They will liaise closely with the different departments them throughout the agency to coordinate the projects daily.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and liaise with the client to discuss and identify their requirements.• Present and negotiate project plans and budgets with the different department & suppliers.• Coordinate and liaise with the relevant departments within the agency to develop the different events following the client’s brief and budget.• Liaise with the strategy team to brief the rest of the profiles involved in each of the projects.• Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.• Coordinate and implement events.• Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client at all stages.• Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans.• Present and defend agency ideas with conviction.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in an events or experiential marketing agency.• Experience coordinating big events for different clients.• Must be self-motivated, and able to manage several projects at the same time.• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges. Excellent attention to detail.• Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.• Effective organisational abilities.• Commercial awareness and good written and verbal communication skills.• Perfect English oral and written communication skills.
